Here we have page 13 complete.

There are very few tips here if any as they are just repeats from previous steps. The biggest thing I found is that this is more than 50% pre-assembled from the factory, none of the screws appeared to have had loctite added and the screws were rather loose. I removed each screw one by one and added loctite and tightened them up.

When I checked the blade grips, they were they only thing tight. Biggest thing here is use loctite and be sure to put the correct length screws where they go, otherwise you will risk stripping some of these threads do to length issues.

Here are a few pictures of the build.

I received the Transmitter, Receiver and all Servos Today. Here is a pic of them. I also received the 2nd new kit and motor today. I have to decide if I will build it now or wait. I have 2 more coming in the next few days.

I still owe some images for the rest of the build and will get to them. Yesterday I ended up installing the servos and centered them and finished up the ball links.

Today, I assembled the 2nd kit. Again I will get pictures of the rest of the build soon. I have 2 more kits to complete the build for.

Here we have 2 helicopter kits built.

Quad-driplets.

Finally, all 4 kits built. The last 2 will remain only in the form you see them in, as they will be parts machines or if a whole helicopter is a loss, then electronics will move over.

The 2nd machine will be a duplicate of the first, everything will be exactly the same for electronics. The only thing that may end up different is the head. I have to try and find another flybarless conversion kit.

I needed to find a place to store these when not in use. So I found a wall with enough room and created a hangar (pun intended) LOL. :D
